Stress affects our body and weakens our Immune System. By relieving stress you will make your defense body system (immune system) stronger, that makes you less valnerable to different viruses and weather changes. There are so many methods how to relieve stress and make your days less stressful. Most of this wisdom based on mental tricks that I've learned from some physiologists. |
Remember this, "YOU ONLY BECOME STRESSED OUT IF YOU REACT TO THAT STRESS AND PROBLEMS".
It is ridiculously simple, but it’s true. Stress is just a word, without meaning if you don't react to this. For example, if you are stressed out, try to relax, (emotionally, inside of your mind); focus your thoughts on something positive, maybe your kids (how goofy they are), maybe your boyfriend or your girlfriend how passionate they are with you. If you are stressed out because of the relationship, think about something else: your happy plans for next summer vacation, plans for holidays or even plans for next weekend. You will see that stress will start leaving you.
Do not react to something negative around you. If you do - anger and stress get inside of you, hurt you, and affect your immune system, muscles, blood pressure, heart, mind, and even good night sleep. Always remember that EVERYTHING IS TEMPORARY, including stress. Time always goes forward and it doesn’t stay still.
| So, mark in your mind: ALL the STRESS in LIFE IS TEMPORARY and it always goes away. Tell that to yourself, and try to smile at those problems or issues quietly to yourself. I’m not saying it is going to work every time, but at least you are going to be conscious about it and will not let stress affect you dramatically. Results of stress relieve are obvious: |

When you become conscious about stress, and do not allow it affect you dramatically, you automatically become healthier and your immune system becomes stronger. Consider that you are half way to relieving stress completely.
